In a medium of work developed in early 2022, artist uses computer parts to recreate a young George Floyd portrait. Previously a software engineer, Carter revisits his love for computers, blending it with his profession as an artist.

The artwork is a continuation within his protest inspired series where he highlights rebels in 3 dimensional creations. Scattered throughout the artwork are the phrases like "Hands Up" along with the names of racially profiled victims.
